Acoustic fingerstyle takes the form of an open class for intermediate and advanced students. Your tutor will help you to explore new music, expand your technical ability and improve your performance confidence.
A large part of the course will lead up to the student showcase concert which is open to the general public. Students are encouraged to take part either as soloists or in groups. There will also be many opportunities for students of all abilities to perform in an informal setting at the evening open mic sessions at Chapel Arts Centre.

Clive has toured extensively throughout Europe, the USe and Australia with legends John Renbourn and Tommy Emmanuel. *A note to regulars - as this is an exceptional Olympic year IGF has restructured for 2012 only. You will notice many changes from 2011, primarily that IGF is non-residential only. This means students will need to make their own accommodation and meal arrangements. This logistical change will not affect the quality of your tuition experience and means that you will benefit from being located in the heart of this world heritage city.
