Like most performance led arts organisations, IGF suffers badly from the impact of the Coronavirus emergency. We have had to cancel all our events in the spring and summer including the IGF Guitar Summit @ Kings Place, Bath Festival and Summer School and the Guitar in London concert series. This has resulted in a substantial loss of ticket sales, sponsorship and other project funding. Although we were successful with an application to Arts Council England’s Emergency Response Fund -for which we are most grateful- most funding bodies have closed their regular project funding application processes which makes the future very uncertain.

We therefore depend on your support in these difficult times, dear guitar friends.
